About me
I started tattooing back in 2005, I had been getting tattooed at Studio Maxx for a year or so and got to know the guys there and the owner. So I turned to them for an apprenticeship in hopes they would take me on, and lucky for me they did. It started out slow. My overall job at the time was to be at there every need: setting up for them and cleaning up afterward, sterilizing everything and putting everything back in the right places and stations. ( this stuff I didn't mind as I needed to learn it) I also ran to get them their lunch, drove them to places they wanted to go ( even in snow storms and getting stuck ) and overall just did whatever I had to, making sure they were happy and still willing to show me a few things along the way, Really thats just a good way to see how determined someone is to stick around and learn this craft. So for a year I was there 5 days a week learning from some of the ORIGINAL artists who started in St. John’s. So after a year I did what I could to learn every little thing that could help me perfect this skill and I started doing apprentice prices on small tattoos (mostly tribal and very basic tattoos) I slowly got up to bigger tattoos and as the years went on I learned to do a lot more styles. A few artists came and went with Studio Maxx and I learned a few tricks from each of them. I love doing colour tattoos, watercolour and cartoons are my top favourite.
In 2009 I went to Alberta for 3 months to tattoo and further build my skills, working in a shop in Lacombe called Cin City. Working with Cindy McKinnon and Trevor Whelen I picked up more little things that I still use today. Working with them was fantastic and overall one of the best experiences I have had.
In 2019 I was promoted to Manager, and then in 2020 myself and another artist took ownership of Studio Maxx
I’m still working hard with Studio Maxx and still tattooing many regular clients that I have come to know over the years. I take pride in my work and I enjoy almost every experience I encounter.

If you wanted to, you could include SMALL SNIPPETS of reviews from clients if you happen to have them
Don’t include a full paragraph or stories, it’ll just look cluttered.
